Beaded Victorian Hair Comb

Add a vintage flair to your updo with this Beaded Victorian Hair Comb.  Use various beads to embellish a metal hair comb and use it to accessorize your hair for your wedding or just any occasion.  This is a quick and easy project that anyone can make, and it's a great way to rock through your bead stash and create something truly meaningful and magical.

Materials:

• Mixture of 20 different sizes and types of pearls
• 2 or 3 Clear glass beads
• Hair Comb
• 24 gauge silver wire
• Wire Cutters
• Chain Nose Pliers
• Beading Mat

Instructions:

1. I started by cutting 40cm of 24 gauge wire. Then I wrapped it 3 times around the start of the silver comb.
    
2. Then I threaded on pearl, and then wrapped it around the comb through one of the spaces. In some of the places that it looked slightly empty, I wrapped another pearl or clear glass bead in the same space again.
    
3. When I got to the end I just wrapped the wire around the end a few times, and used to wire cutters to cut of the extra wire.
