Dragonfly Journal

A calming craft project from Arnold Grummer's Paper Making Kits and Supplies and a place to record your thoughts -- great to make for yourself or give as a gift.

Materials:

• Arnold Grummer's Photo Album Set
• Arnold Grummer's Dragonfly Ceramic Casting Mold
• Assorted imported handmade papers
• Pearlescent paint
• Gold spray paint
• Fibers
• Beads
• Glue stick

Instructions:

1. Arnold Grummer’s Photo Album set includes book boards, blank pages and simple directions to construct this journal.
    
2. Use handmade paper to cover journal front and back and create color blocks on front as shown.
    
3. Use raffia for binding, following steps in album directions.
    
4. Embellish binding with fiber and beads.
    
5. Create two dragonfly casts.
    
6. Spray one with gold spray paint.
    
7. Paint the other with pearlescent paint then lightly coat with gold spray paint.
    
8. Trim and attach.
