- Regular kitchen cotton yarn (Lily sugar ‘n cream)
- Needle size US 7
Instructions:

Techniques are: Binding off – casting on – knit stitch – purl stitch – weaving in yarn tails. Length is approx. 28cm

Cast on 45 stitches.

Row 1: *Purl 6, knit 3* repeat from * to * to end of row

Row 2: *Purl 3, knit 6* repeat from * to * to end of row

Repeat rows 1 + 2 two more times

Row 7: *Knit 6, purl 3* repeat from * to * to end of row

Row 8: *Knit 3, purl 6* repeat from * to * to end of row

repeat row 7 + 8 one more time
- Repeat rows 1 through 10 until work measure about 11″
When work is done weave end of yarn in and with contrasting color use single crochet around your cloth and make a loop of single chain stitches in a corner of your cloth.
