How to Use Confetti

Materials:
- Scraps of paper
- Hole punch
- Border punch
- Liquid adhesive
- Small bowl
- Tags, glassine bags or acetate

Create your confetti by using a border punch with circles or a hole punch.

Fill either a glassine bag, acetate pocket or other item with confetti.

Sew or use adhesive to close both ends.

You can also use liquid adhesive to adhere your confetti directly to paper or tags.
