How to Use Confetti

Sometimes all a scrapbook page or a card needs is a little confetti!  With this How to Use Confetti tutorial from Latrice Murphy, you'll learn how to use confetti to help accent all your paper crafts.  Best of all, it's a great way to use up all those paper scraps!

Materials:

• Scraps of paper
• Hole punch
• Border punch
• Liquid adhesive
• Small bowl
• Tags, glassine bags or acetate

Instructions:

1. Create your confetti by using a border punch with circles or a hole punch.
    
2. Fill either a glassine bag, acetate pocket or other item with confetti.
    
3. Sew  or use adhesive to close both ends.
    
4. You can also use liquid adhesive to adhere your confetti directly to paper or tags.
