Christmas List and Holder
Create a lovely Christmas list or holiday planner book in coordinating Christmas papers from Sizzix. Embellished with holly, a Christmas tree and holiday sentiments, this book can adorn your own home or work well as a gift.
Materials:
- Sizzix® BIGkick™ or Big Shot™ Machine
- Sizzix ScoreBoards™ Die: Notebook Pocket by Eileen Hull (656235)
- Sizzix Sizzlits® Dies: Festive Christmas Set (656283)
- Plain Cardstock of Your Choice
- Patterned Cardstock of Your Choice
- Beads
- Brads
- Chalk
- Decorative Scissors
- Marker
- Mat Board
- Pen
- Pop-Dot
- Ribbon
- Rolled Elastic
- Rub-Ons
- Star Brad
Instructions:
- Cover mat board with paper. Die-cut Notebook Pocket from covered mat board. Assemble and adhere in place with brads.
- Cut a rectangular-shaped piece of plain cardstock to fit across pocket. Cut a slightly smaller piece of patterned paper. Adhere the two pieces of paper together. Embellish edge of outer paper with decorative scissors.
- Use sentiment Embossing Folder to embellish solid paper. Trim and adhere to Pocket using pop-dots.
- Die-cut Holly and Berries from paper. Embellish with chalk, pen and white marker. Adhere to Pocket.
- Embellish Pocket with ribbon.
- Make holiday planner book by imprinting inside paper with your choice of information. Make sure the information can be folded in half and will fit inside the pocket. Use patterned paper to form cover. Staple all pages together.
- Poke two small holes in back cover. Tie a knot in a piece of rolled elastic and insert into hole. Add beads to elastic if desired. Measure area around book and cut elastic to fit. Insert other end of elastic into hole and tie off with a knot. The elastic should be able to stretch around book and hold it in place.

- Embellish with rub-ons.
