How cute and so clever are these candy kiss mice. This is a great last minute decorating idea. I was going to run out and grab some strawberries to dip in chocolate but this is so much easier. Crafters you can even get creative and see what you have around the house. I have grey felt, pink felt ,glue dots and wiggly eyes from an old craft and a piece of black yarn(tail) so all I need is the Hershey kisses. Is this not fun. I think I will put them all around the house. Great idea and cute tutorial.

Of course I will be making these. I was looking for an easy craft to make with a group of children. I'll incorporate heart-shaped stickers, and stick-on eyes, to make it easier for them to assemble. Then we'll have chocolate!

Cute! I think you could use a heart for the ears instead of 2 u-shapes - it would be more on theme that way. I also like the idea of using the tag as the tail and removing the front tag from the nose - use the ones that come tagless and make it easier!

very cute! I could see gently pulling the white paper (unwrap) tag from the face of the mouse and perhaps leaving the other tag to serve as the tail. (???) just an idea to save time and keep face free of ..."tongue"? Maybe put time into making and afixing some whiskers?

This party item reminds me of my daughter's home economics class project of a real "Apple" mouse, which she gratefully never forgot. Isn't there some real reason most of us have when there is someone around who we can trust and ask for help.

These are precious! They put me in mind of Christmas Mouse Cookies I make with one Marascino cherry, one candy kiss & 1/2 of an Oreo cookie. If they sound interesting to you, since this is a "craft" site, just Google "Christmas Mouse Cookie." I won't put all instructions in here, but you take one cookie off of the Oreo, & use the cookie that the filling is left on. The white filling is left as is, & it resembles snow. The cherry is coated with chocolate & is the body - & you add eyes, etc., with icing. Have fun making the Valentine's ones & the Christmas ones - I know I will!

My nickname is mouse. I can never find mice projects for any holiday except Christmas. I just subscribed to favecrafts and this will definitely keep me coming back.

Made a ton of these last week for the super bowl to put among the cheese. The Steelers went up against Green Bay and we had a Super Bowl party. Of course our home team (the Steelers) did not take home the trophy but, it was still a lot of fun and we still had to have a huge table of cheese in lieu of Green Bay known for its cheeseheads. So I created a lot of the kiss mice to set among the cheese and to give a nice sweet offset to the festivities.
