This is a really cute collar for any sized dog. If you can't reuse the buckles on the old dog collar as the author suggests, I've found buckles and clips at most stores that sell fabric. The best thing about the collar is how easily you can change the bow to something else. Think green for St. Patrick's Day or Red White and Blue for the fourth of July. Your dog can be as festive as can be with just a few quick stitches.
