I've found that adult coloring books have been great in relieving my anxiety. The roses in this page seem intricate enough to fully take my mind off of things, but not so overly complicated that they add another frustration to my list. Seems like a great way to de-stress, plus I'll get such a pretty picture at the end of it!

What a pretty heart. You can use different shades of red or pink on this one. I want to color it and then cut it out and mount it on a nice back ground Matt and frame it. What a pretty gift this would make for your mom, sister, aunt or best friend.
