Rose Milk Bath Tea

"Learn how to make a rose milk bath tea. This is very similar to a bath salt recipe, but it has dried rose petals in it. The petals can clog pipes, so use this in a tea bag or muslin bag. Rose petals are great for dry skin. It also has milk powder and oatmeal for your skin. I used a relaxing essential oil blend to make this with.
