This DIY craft is pretty self explanatory just by looking at it. If you want to know the full instruction tutorial you will have to click on the link she provides on her page. Basically you use an old lightweight scarf you no longer wear and wrap it around the wreath. You can embellish it any way you want! Actually, I would think about using a chunky knit or crochet scarf in an ivory color and embellish with the tartan plaid and the sprigs of greenery for a nice, classic, woodsy feel. No limits to what you can create here.
