Frayed Cone Christmas Trees

"Walk into my home in December, and you will smell the pine from the scented candles I like and mini Christmas tree forests in every room. I love making mini Christmas tree decorations and new ones each year out of stuff I already have. Cone Christmas trees are the easiest to make; you only need some cardboard and fabric to decorate. With these trees, I used strips of tartan and denim fabric, frayed them and then wrapped them around the cones."

'Tis the Season to Celebrate! Discover More Christmas Crafts

If you enjoyed making the Frayed Cone Christmas Trees, there are plenty of other fun and festive Christmas crafts you can try this holiday season! Here are three craft ideas that you might love:

1. Button Snowflake Ornaments: For this craft, all you need are some white buttons in various sizes, white glue, and string or ribbon for hanging. Simply arrange the buttons in a snowflake shape on a piece of paper or felt, glue them down, and let them dry. Once the glue has dried, attach a string or ribbon to hang your beautiful button snowflake ornament on the tree!

2. Pine Cone Reindeer: Gather some pine cones, googly eyes, red pom poms, brown pipe cleaners, and glue. Attach the googly eyes and pom pom to the pine cone to create the face of the reindeer. Then, bend the pipe cleaners into antler shapes and glue them to the top of the pine cone. This cute and easy craft will make a lovely addition to your Christmas decor!

3. Paper Strip Christmas Wreath: Cut strips of colored paper in various lengths and widths, and use a glue stick to attach the ends together to form loops. Arrange the loops in a circle shape to create a colorful and unique Christmas wreath. You can add a bow or some glitter for extra sparkle!

These Christmas craft ideas are simple, fun, and perfect for anyone who enjoys getting creative during the holiday season. Happy crafting!
