These are some great ideas but most kids toys require batteries. I wish they would find a eco way for kids toys to work. That would be great. Using a timer is a great idea as is reusing wrapping paper. My daughter does not wrap her gifts. She assembles them and puts them in front or under the tree with their name. She says Santa in movies or books do not wrap all the presents thus saving paper waste. For the adults I make a bag that they can put their small toys or adults can reuse for shopping or storing things thus no paper waste and I can use up my fabric. This is a great tutorial and some great things to do for our enviroment.
