Santa Letter Plaque
Ask Santa to define good in this playful painted sign in holiday colors.
Materials:
DecoArt Products Required:
Americana Gloss Enamels
- DAG67 - Black --- NEW!!
- DAG230 - Festive Green --- NEW!!
- DAG265 - Tuscan Red --- NEW!!
Other Supplies:
- Round #4 brush
- Foam plate
- 12" length of 20-gauge gold craft wire
- Wire cutter
- Assortment of beads
- Two 6" lengths of coordinating 3/8" wide ribbon for hanger (We used red gingham.)
- Porcelain plaque with holes, Randa International #400440 (Purchased at Hobby Lobby.)
Instructions:

Refer to photo and use Tuscan Red to paint word "Santa" and comma; let dry.

Use Black to paint words "define 'good' ," let dry.

Use end of brush dipped in Tuscan Red to dot on berries.

Use Festive Green to paint V-shaped leaves around berries; let dry.

Use wire cutter handle to curl 1" end of wire into spiral. Insert straight end of wire through hole of plaque, wrapping around curled wire at edge to secure.

Place beads on wire as desired to 1 1/2" from opposite end of wire. Insert straight end of wire through hole of plaque, wrapping around wire at edge of plaque to secure. Use wire cutter handle to curl loose end of wire into spiral.
- Wrap ribbon around each hole of plaque; knot at edge of plaque.
Note:
- Remove all labels and clean surface before painting.
