Upcycled Eye Glass Christmas Ornaments

"This is a very simple craft to make a wonderful unique upcycled and repurposed Christmas ornament for your tree. I used some old eyeglasses and beaded necklaces for this ornament. Each eyeglass ornament is different as a different vintage image is stuck to the lens of the eyeglass. You could also make these with photos instead. These ornaments look great hanging from the Christmas trees especially when the lights from the tree shine through the glasses lens"

Celebrate With More Christmas Craft Ideas

If you enjoyed making the Upcycled Eye Glass Christmas Ornaments, here are a few more Christmas craft ideas that you might love:

1. Vintage Photo Ornaments: Instead of using eyeglasses, try using small vintage photo frames to create unique ornaments for your tree. You can add a special photo or design to each frame, making each one a personalized and sentimental addition to your holiday decor.

2. Beaded Snowflake Ornaments: If you enjoyed adding beads to your eye glass ornaments, you might like making beaded snowflake ornaments. Using wire and beads, you can create intricate snowflake designs to hang on your tree. These ornaments will sparkle and catch the light beautifully, adding a touch of elegance to your holiday decorations.

3. Fabric Scrap Stockings: If you have leftover fabric scraps from other projects, consider making fabric scrap stockings to hang on your tree. Cut out stocking shapes from the fabric scraps and sew them together, adding decorative buttons or embroidery for extra flair. These cute little stockings can be filled with small treats or gifts, making them a fun addition to your Christmas tree.

4. Pinecone Ornaments: For a natural and rustic touch, gather some pinecones and turn them into ornaments for your tree. You can paint the pinecones in festive colors, add glitter for a sparkly effect, or even dip them in scented wax for a lovely holiday scent. These simple yet charming ornaments will bring a touch of the outdoors inside for the holiday season.

We hope these craft ideas inspire you to get creative and make your Christmas tree truly special this year! Happy crafting!
