Woven Yarn Hopi Eye Christmas Ornaments
From the blogger: "Kids just love these woven hopi eyes because of the different colors and yarn textures, as well as the fact that they can make them themselves! Use up yarn scraps to weave these Hopi Eye decorations, perfect for hanging on the Christmas tree. Kids love winding yarn around the popsicle sticks and seeing how the colors build up! Make a cross shape with the sticks and wind the yarn around each one, creating a cool pattern. For a more rustic look, use small sticks instead of popsicle sticks. A great project for kids from about 7 years old and up, but even teenagers and adults love making these!"

Celebrate With More Christmas Craft Ideas
If you enjoyed making the Woven Yarn Hopi Eye Christmas Ornaments, we have a few more festive Christmas crafts that you will love! Here are three craft ideas to keep you busy during the holiday season:
1. Beaded Snowflake Ornaments: Create beautiful snowflake ornaments using beads and wire. Choose a variety of beads in different shapes and sizes to add sparkle and dimension to your ornaments. These beaded snowflakes make lovely decorations for your Christmas tree or to hang around the house.
2. Pine Cone Reindeer: Gather some pine cones, googly eyes, red pom poms, and pipe cleaners to make adorable reindeer ornaments. Attach the googly eyes and pom pom for the nose, then twist the pipe cleaners to create antlers. These cute little reindeer will add a touch of whimsy to your holiday decor.
3. Paper Strip Christmas Trees: Use strips of colored paper to create festive Christmas trees. Simply accordion-fold the paper strips and glue them together to form a tree shape. Add a paper star to the top and embellish with glitter, sequins, or stickers. These paper strip Christmas trees are easy to make and look great displayed on a mantel or as a centerpiece.
We hope these craft ideas inspire you to get creative this holiday season and add a personal touch to your Christmas decorations! Enjoy crafting and happy holidays!
