- 8 yards of Chic Cotton Yarn
- Stitch marker
- Wool needle
Instructions:
At the end of each round just carry on, do not join with a slip stitch unless otherwise marked. Mark the start of each round and then move marker as a round is completed.
Ch 5 – join with ss to create a ring
- Round 1) 8 sc in the ring (8)
- Round 2) In the Front Loops Only (mark the 1st back loop not used with a stitch marker as well as the 1st st) 8 sc inc (16)
- Round 3) In the Front Loops Only (move the marker for the 1st st to this rounds 1st stitch) *1 sc, 1 sc inc* x 8, ss to 1st sc of this round, finish (24) Turn the flower over – you will now be crocheting in the back loops not used previously.
- Round 4) Join the yarn to the back loop you marked from round 2, Crochet in the back loops, Ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), 1 dc in same stitch, 23 dc inc, 1 ss to next st in both loops, finish (48)
