- 4g yarn of your choice
Instructions:
At the end of each round just carry on, do not join with a slip stitch unless otherwise marked. Mark the start of each round and then move marker as a round is completed.
Ch 5 – join with ss to create a ring
- Round 1) 12 sc in the ring, join with a ss to 1st sc (12)
- Round 2) Ch 6, 1 ss in next st, *1 ss in next st, ch 6, 1 ss in next st* x 5 (6 petals)
- Round 3) 1 ss into 1st petal (loop), (2 sc, 2 hdc, 1 dc, 2 hdc, 2 sc, 1 ss) in same petal, *in next petal (1 ss, 2 sc, 1 dc, 2 hdc, 2 sc, 1 ss) x 5, ss to join to 1st ss, finish (6 petals)

This crochet flower is a little different than most because it's more open, so I made some to put on a ruffle on a dress for an Amigurumi doll I'm making. I used a smaller gauge crochet hook so they would be smaller. This little bit of embellishment really polished the finished look on the doll.
