Hi Ladies! I am a bit new to crochet and was looking to make these for teacher gifts. I am a bit confused on step 5 when you go to form the foot. It says " 6 times" after sc in the first 8 and 2 sc in the next sc. What does that mean? The length of the row doesn't allow for me to sc 8 six times. Sorry for my ignorance. I am super excited to learn crochet and hope someone can shed a little light on this question for me. Thank you in advance!

Hi there! I looked at the row and I added some parenthesis here to hopefully help! You will just sc twice in the same stitch six times. Here is how I wrote the row: Ch 1, (sc in first 8 sc), ([2 sc in next sc] 6 times), (sc in last 8 sc); turn 28 sc. So it's 8 stitches + 12 stitches + 8 stitches = 28 stitches. I hope that helps!! Let me know if I can be clearer! -Editor of FaveCrafts

Made several to put small grab bag gifts in. Really easy and cute! Found that you could either keep them flat, or stand them up!!

Love these! They're not quite as small as the picture made them look, so I took out a few rows in "the leg" to shorten them. I'm making six of them to gift as silverware holders, I make one per day. Only takes about 4hrs. to make one! So beautiful!

These are fantastic for the Holidays. I made the featured mini-Christmas Stockings last year for each of 16 relatives. I put them on packages and filled them with a little box design I also found on favecrafts and money. Afterwords the recipients hung them on their tree's. The pattern was easy and came out the perfect size. Thanks Red Heart, Birdie Gee
