Birthday Party Hats

"I designed this Birthday Party Hat crochet pattern, so I could make a hat for my daughter’s first birthday. After is was done, I decided she will need a new one in different color combinations each year as a keepsake, so I have been making one each year since! They are so easy to change up: make them striped, use self striping yarn, add different appliqués, use different trim colors. There are so many possibilities, each year can be made differently."
