Daisy Square Crochet Pattern
"Daisy square crochet pattern and a matching plain square from Caitlin's Contagious Creations. This is an easy+ level pattern. To complete it you will need to know most basic stitches including: chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet. You will also need to know how to complete a standing single crochet and foundation single crochets. A quick lesson with photo reference for these stitches in included in this pdf. The final skill needed for this pattern is a working knowledge of how to work in the front loops only, the back loops only, and the 3rd loop of a half double crochet. The pattern is worked with worsted weight yarn and a size H8/5mm hook. You will need about 40 yds of yarn for the solid square. You will also need 8 yds of the color for the center of your flower (yellow in my example), 25 yds of the color for your petals (white in my example), and 27 yds of the color for your border (pink in my example). I also recommend having a stitch marker as some of this pattern is worked in the round. Gauge for the pattern is provided, but not essential. Slight variations in size may occur if you do not check your gauge."
