Four Sixths Wrap
"I really love math. I’ve found it to be very useful as a designer, especially geometry. So, this pattern is named for its shape: it’s four sixths of a hexagon, which makes a great shape for a wrap! Enjoy some math and keep the chill off with this lovely Four Sixths Wrap made with Kreamer Yarns!"

Because of these self striping yarns or yarn cakes I was almost sure that was how this wrap was made. I am happy to see that this designer actually used different color skeins of yarn. I can easily change the colors to suit my taste.

Math and crochet, who knew. Well, I don't have to be that informed to want to make something as pretty as this four sixths wrap. I just find it attractively unique. Not an overwhelming size but just right to keep the cool at bay.

This is a very nice project. But if I think of it as math, which the designer suggested I will drop it like a hot potato. I was not fond of math in school. But I do want to try this. It's such an easy pattern. I just need to decide on colors.

For me, I am not sure if I would like this as shown, with the stripes and then the wider border in a contrasting color. I think it is just a touch too busy. You may only be able to wear this with a certain dress or top, due to the constraints of the yarn color choice. Perhaps a solid color is more forgiving? Maybe boring as well? I will say this- it IS a unique idea! What a great name!
