Georgia Tapestry Wall Hanging
"I just love handmade home decor, don’t you? It makes a great statement piece for the room. You can give it as gifts, and can rarely go wrong. I’m always looking for that unique piece that ties the room together. It can be a sculpture for a tablescape, a throw blanket for that big comfy chair, or a wall hanging for you gallery wall. Nothing is more unique and stylish than handmade home decor. I named this wall hanging “Georgia” after an early pregnancy miscarriage I had a couple years ago. In my mind, this baby was a girly-girl named Georgia. She possesses a dainty flair. She is a fan of the finer things. When I was creating this piece, I knew I wanted something this a lot of texture! I wanted something that wasn’t too busy with color, but still caught your eye. I have always loved including cables in my designs and bobbles definitely add texture to any piece."
