Are you a fan of the new bun hat trend? Find a wonderful beginner-friendly pattern with this project.
From the Designer:
"Here we are contributing to the ponytail hat and bun hat crochet pattern phenomenon with the Simplicity Bun Hat crochet pattern. We’ve seen all types of hats and this one keeps coming back. The latest have emerged over the last week via social media. Facebook groups are sharing it everywhere. I have made them before and did not think they were viable to post, but now I know they really are a thing! Enjoy! Comment below with how much you like it. Only one skein and in less than an hour, you have a lovely new piece. Scroll down for the free pattern."

Hi there! Under the description of the project above, you just need to click the green text that says "click here for DIY craft". That will take you to the blog with the pattern. Let me know if you still need help!

I can't seem to find the instructions or a video link either. I want to make one of these, but do not have enough info.

Hi there! I'm attaching an image of where you'll click through to find the instructions. I hope this helps! There's a video at the bottom of the blog link as well. :) Enjoy!

Even after watching video 7 times, I cannot figure this third loop thing

Hi there! It's possible another video might help explain crocheting in the third loop in a different way. You could also continue regular half double crochets for a slightly different look to finish off the hat. I hope that helps! -Dana, Editor of FaveCrafts

Hi there! Unfortunately we don't have any knit bun hats on the site (yet!), but Vickie Howell has a great article about converting almost any other knit hat pattern into a messy bun hat! http://vickiehowell.com/2016/12/how-to-messy-bun-beanie/ I hope that helps! -Dana, Editor of FaveCrafts
