Sun and Sand Bucket Hat
From the designer: "I created this pattern because I was looking for a sun hat for my grandson that had just the right amount of flare that his eyes were protected from the harsh Colorado sun, but he could still explore the world and I could see his sweet face. :) It requires a size 4.25 G hook and approximately 90-110 yards for the main color and 16 yards for contrasting color B and 8 yards for contrasting color C. This is a perfect beginner pattern and just requires an understanding of basic written pattern instructions."
