Birch Bark Cubes
Real birch bark adds woodland charm to your décor. Make several Birch Bark Cubes to serve as pedestals or to simply stack and display. Distinctive!
Materials:
- STYROFOAM™ Brand Foam:
- Cube, 5"
- Birch bark, five 8" x 10" sheets (available from Naturalforestproducts.com)
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Low-temp glue gun and glue sticks
- Thick, white craft glue
Instructions:
- Cut five, 5" squares from birch bark. Glue to top and sides of foam cube. Piece together birch bark scraps to cover bottom of the cube.
- Display and enjoy.

Please! Please! Please! Do not strip bark off a living tree!!!! This can kill the tree! We know it is the easiest and seemingly the cheapest way, but it is not the "greenest" way.
