Fine Line Clock
Draw different designs onto clock pieces with a fine line calligraphy pen. You would never guess this elegant clock is made out of cardboard.
Materials:
- Fine Liner Calligraphy Pen
- Duo Adhesive
- Jewelz Sparkling Mica Pigments
- Perfect Paper Adhesive- Matte
- Krylon Pen- Copper
- Cardstock
- Cardboard
- Clock Parts
- Perfect Pigment Acrylic Paint
- Great Tape
Directions:
1. Fill Fine Liner Calligraphy Pen with Duo Adhesive. Draw four different patterns onto four different pieces of cardstock. Let dry.
2. Apply Jewelz Sparkling Mica Pigments to tacky areas using a detail brush. Remove excess using a soft brush. Outline cards in Krylon Pen- Copper.
3. Create a clock pattern. Cut out clock using cardboard. Assemble clock using Perfect Paper Adhesive. Paint clock with Mars Black - Perfect Pigment Acrylic Paint.
4. Attach the four cards that you drew using Great Tape to the sides of the clock. Draw on the roof of the clock using the Fine Liner and Duo Adhesive. Let dry and repeat step 2.
5. Edge the side of the clock using a copper Krylon Leafing Pen.
6. Attach clock parts by punching a hole in the center of the front.
******TIPS: Make sure that you always clean your Fine Liner immediately after using. Blow into the pen to remove any excess water or adhesive. Repeat until opening is clear. If it sets in water for to long, Duo Adhesive will clog the opening of the pen.
