"It must be Spring, I cannot explain it, but I want more color in my home. And when I have replaced my kitchen table with a bigger one, which I really adora since I have more space for my crafts (!!!!), it was just the perfect time to add even more color in my kitchen! A really cute Cake Stand in Shabby chic style!I really wanted to create something cute for my kitchen table to use it for my handmade crafts or even better to use it also as a serving utensil. I knew exactly what I wanted it, so two things to buy from IKEA and we are ready to start!"

This is so cute. I read the material list and the instructions and came to the conclusion that this project is going on my to do list. I can always use a cake stand for parties and family get togethers. Cup cakes will look great on this too. Thanks for sharing this project.

I love the contrast between the colours in this project. The mint green and the teal go perfectly together on this cake stand. Assembling this cake stand seems pretty straightforward and anyone looking for cake displays should try this. Whether it's for cake shop or simply yours use at home.
