Upcycled Thread Spool Garland

"The perfect decoration for a sewing room or sewing space. A garland made from old cotton reels or spools. When a friend gave me a box of fabric and bits and pieces asking “can you do anything with this lot?” I was delighted as always of course! In the box was a tub with these dusty, fluff covered thread spools. They are very cheap thin cotton sewing thread that breaks very easily. Not wanting to let this thread anywhere near my sewing machine I tried to think of another way to use them and the garland idea was born. "
