Every one seems to find other ways to attach the border. I myself like to crochet around an embroidery hoop. It comes out light weight and nice and round. The idea of using plastic Easter gigs is great too. This is going to be a pastel beauty for my back door for sure.

Looks so pretty! I have a lot of plastic Easter eggs leftover and I think I will use them to crochet around instead of stuffing. They look to be about the right size.

This is so cute. I can't wait to make it. But I think I will use a hanger and just shape it into a circle and crochet the lace edging right onto it instead of using a willow wreath.
