Hipster Avocado Toast Cake

"Who doesn't love avocado toast and eggs? It's my favourite go to meal and I just had to make it into a giant cake. This recipe is very beginner friendly, it's so much easier than it looks. It's made with a spicy madeira sponge, buttercream frosting and fondant to create the gorgeous egg on top and bread crusts on the side. It should take 4-5 hours to complete and serves 18 people but the cakes can easily be layered higher for a bigger party."

You cannot still be alive and haven't vtried avocado toast with eggs. It's the perfect Sunday brunch meal and so healthy. If you're a fan then this cake will have you reliving those Sunday brunches like I am right now. I love sponge cake and I might not be an expert when it comes to fondant but I'm willing to try.

Is this for real?! This is cake? Am I crazy enough to try and tackle this? I am not a bake by scratch baker, but I might convert just for the opportunity to show this off to my family and friends! On another note, I've not ever tried avocado toast with egg!
