These sugar lily flowers look so real that they are almost too good to eat! Looks like they will work well for either cakes or cupcakes.

I love cake decorating and hope to improve my very limited skills but I thought as advanced as sugar flowers to be too difficult to try before finding this. This recipe makes everything seem easy with its incredibly detailed instructions and there are lots of helpful photos. There are also links to help you find materials, which is great since I had no clue where to get gum paste!

Many years ago I took the Wilton cake decorating classes and loved them but before I could get to this class I had to quit. I always regretted not learning how to make sugar flowers. Then I see this! I sm so happy and excited to try this project. Thank you!
