Super Cool DIY Popsicle Cake
"Gorgeous sheet cake covered with a mixture of dark chocolate ganache and fondant to look like a giant popsicle covered in huge homemade sprinkles. This project should take around 5-6 hours including baking time and because we only cover small sections of the cake at a time it's great for beginners too. It should yield around 18-24 portions but the recipe can be scaled up easily with a bigger pan if your party has more guests."

It really is a cute cake. But there are ingredients I never heard of and not available here in Florida. Plus, this is a summer theme cake and when it's near 100 degrees, the last thing I want to do is spend hours in a hot kitchen baking. I may try to replicate thus with with ice cream.

Well this dessert takes the cake, so to speak! WOW. Talk about making a statement at your next pool party or summer back yard barbecue. You must make this cake in sections. Three sheet cakes make up this giant popsicle! And it is alllll homemade. Right down to the gigantic sprinkles made out of fondant. I have never worked with fondant before, but I have always wanted to!
