Get your kids and grandkids interested in gardening with these easy ABC Garden Planters. Not only can they learn how to care for plants, but they can also learn their ABCs in the process. All you need for these fun garden craft ideas is some cardboard letters from the craft store, some dirt, and some flowers you wish to plant. Make sure to check what kind of care your flowers need before planting them so they won't die.
Once you and your kids have planted your letters, you can display them outside your home - preferably on a hill or angle so other people can see your hard work.

I laughed at the author's comments about her youngest child just wanting to eat the dirt! lOL! Since the basic framework for these uses cardboard letters, if planted in the ground, the cardboard is biodegradable. Planting on a slant in the yard would be so pretty, but I could see these inside as well. Such a fun way for kids to learn gardening and their letters. Wouldn't this be a cute project for preschoolers? Super!
