I make up cookie mix in a jar recipes every year and have been doing so for probably about 20 years or so. Everyone I have gifted them to just loves them. I also make up several different types and let my family choose which ones they want for themselves. They are quick to make and make a wonderful gift.

I have done this before. I put scented marbles inside with pieces of small paper. I wrote the reasons why I love my boyfriend. He really liked it because it is personalized and he can keep the letters I wrote him. You can also put bite size chocolates inside the jar. But I'm sure he's gonna eat those!
