Instructions:
-
I was recently contacted by my friends at Zazzle.com to check out what’s new at their site. I did a quick search and found this adorable small candy jar with a cork stopper. With the holidays fast approaching, I thought it would be cute to customize the jar with my recipe for 3-Step Sugar Scrub. It only took me a few minutes to design the text on my computer and upload to the Zazzle site. After proofing, I placed my order and within a short time, my sugar scrub jars had arrived.
-
To fill this cutie up with sugar scrub, mix 2 parts sugar (white or brown) and 1 part almond oil (or your favorite body oil). Mix in 15 – 20 drops of your favorite essential oil and you have a fabulous, customized gift. I also decorated my jars with picot edged ribbon and a button brad embellishment.
-
For a custom scoop, I cut a piece of Aleene’s Peel & Stick Sheet to fit the end of large craft stick and applied craft foil. This just adds a touch of shine to the handle end of your scoop stick.
- While I was at Zazzle.com, I also customed designed some wrapping paper especially for my sisters. This paper is thick and extra glossy and is perfect to wrap up my sugar scrub gifts!
