Instructions:
- I removed the labels and washed out a tin can and covered it with scrapbooking paper. I used silver metal from Walnut Hollow's Creative Metal Line. I cut it into 1" strips and folded it accordion style. I placed decorative scrapbooking tape over the metal before adhering it to the center of the can with strong adhesive.
- The angel placed on the front of the can was created with wood wings, a stamped circle and chipboard shapes. I used a photo-realistic stamp and Staz On ink in black to stamp a piece of smooth cardstock. I cut the face out and used Collage Pauge to adhere it to the painted circle. Rub ons provided the holiday sentiment in the center of the angel.
- I added a jeweled brad and glittered ribbon to the bottom of the front for extra sparkle.
- As an extra fun detail, I punched small holes with a heavy hole punch and placed brads at the back of the can on the seams. I added a sparkly beaded handle and glued the angel to the can with Aleene's Original Tacky Glue.
