Recycled Glass Jar Candleholder

Materials:
- Old jar or vase
- Colored tissue paper (blue & red)
- Pen/pencil
- Scissors
- Mod Podge
- Foam Brush
Instructions:
- Cut the base color tissue paper into two-inch strips.
- Adhere them to your jar with the Mod Podge and a foam brush. Cover the entire thing and allow the pieces of tissue paper to overlap some.
- Cut out your hearts out of the red tissue paper, the easiest way to do this is to fold a piece of tissue paper in half and outline one side of the heart along the fold line, and cut to reveal a whole heart. You will want to vary the sizes of the hearts.
- Lastly randomly adhere them all over the vase.
