Instructions

Cut a milk carton so that the base becomes the top of the head and it fits like a cap. Paint green.
-
While that's drying, measure and cut some black fuzzy fabric to glue on for the hair. Glue to milk carton with hot glue.
-
Cut pieces of silver pipe cleaner to make scars on Frankenstein's head. Use the back sides of buttons as bolts. Glue both to head with hot glue.
-
Cut the bottoms of old jeans into strips about four inches up. Toss in the washing machine so they fray.
-
Braid the rope to make the belt.
-
Use a pair of sneakers too small in the toe. Cut out the toes, stuff the toes of green socks with batting, and make sure the toes stick through the shoes when the child wears them.
