There are lots of pictures on the DIY page. One of the last pictures shows a tiny vial of silver star sequins. I think they're beautiful. But I don't see it being used on the actual pumpkin. Not sure if that was an oversite on her part? Personally I would love to see some of that sprinkled on the top portion only. Probably have to use a tiny brush to dot on glue right where you need it, and then sprinkle away.
