Eye Full Purse

Create a wood purse full of watchful eyes for quirky Halloween storage. This makes for a great party favor! I've got my eye on you!

Materials:

DecoArt Products Required
Dazzling Metallics

• DAO76 - Crystal Green
• DA127 - Black Pearl

Americana Gloss Enamels

• DAG01 - White --- NEW!!

Americana Brushes

• DBF2575-B - Flat 3/4"
• DBF3008-B - Shader 8

Supplies

• Foam plate
• Elmer's Craft Bond Glue
• Approximately 20-25 pairs of 7-mm to 16-mm wiggle eyes
• Round foam pouncer brushes: 1/2", 3/4", and 1 1/4"
• Coordinating ribbons, six 6" lengths with ends singed (We used black net ribbon with white dots.)
• Unfinished wood box with handle, Don Mechanic, 358037

Steps:

1. Preparation: Remove all stickers or labels from surfaces.
    
2. Use shader brush and White to paint handle of purse; let dry.
    
3. Use flat brush and Crystal Green to paint purse; let dry.
    
4. Refer to photo and use pouncers and Black Pearl to stamp pairs of dots for eyes, randomly placing different sizes and allowing space between. Let dry.
    
5. Place coordinating sizes of wiggle eyes over appropriate Black Pearl dots and glue in place.
    
6. Tie three ribbon lengths around each metal ring of handle.
