Spooky Halloween Frame
If you're lucky enough to snap a picture of someone as you scare them, this Spooky Halloween Frame from Jamielyn Nye would be the perfect way to show it off! Halloween crafts are great to make with kids...so get everyone in the spooky spirit!
Materials:
- Foam board or frame
- Xacto knife
- 3 strips of burlap
- Tacky glue
- Spooky Halloween thread
- Small wooden block
- Frosted vinyl
- Metallic paint
- Paint sponge
- Hot glue gun
- One or two toy skeletons
Instructions:
- Cut out a square/rectangle shape from foam board with an Xacto knife. It should measure 12x14x3. If you're using a frame, just remove the glass.
- Wrap strips of burlap around the board, gluing as you go.
- Once it's covered, wrap the thread around the burlap.
- Glue it down with tacky glue.
- For the “Enter If You Dare” sign, add frosted vinyl to your wooden piece and distress it with metallic paint using a paint sponge.
- Hot glue the sign in the corner, along with the toy skeletons.
