"Inspired after watching Alice Through the Looking Glass, I decided to do my own version of a top hat. This top hat features many of Tim Holtz gears, gadgets, and paper as well as Bazzill paper. Cut with my Silhouette Cameo 3. The inside lights up to show the gears on the side cutout as well. Hat and goggles are a SVG Attic/SnapDragon Snippet file. I designed the wings from scratch using Silhouette's Designers Edition. Many more photos on my blog."
