Robot Greeting Card
Send robot greetings with this quirky homemade card craft from Imaginisce, using Live Loud papers. Homemade brads become the eyes for the friendly robot.
Materials:
- 5 3/4” x 5 3/4” Rhythm Remix (paper #002150
- 6” x 12” Orange Cardstock, Folded
- 4" x 4" Glue Cardstock
- Scraps of Green, Lt. Blue, Grey and
- White Cardstock
- Rock Your World Rub-on #002156
- i-top Brad Maker Tool #001309
- 2 - Large Brad Daddies #001313
- Black chalk ink, Clearsnap
- 3" Strip of thin craft wire
- Pattern (pdf)
Instructions:
- Ink edges of all trimmed papers using the black chalk ink.
- Adhere Rhythm Remix paper to center of folded (orange) 6" x 6" card.
- Using patterns below, cut out paperpieced shapes from specified colors.
- Using iTop tool, create two large covered brad with white cardstock. Trim records from rub-on sheet and place on large brads to create eyeballs. Mount large brads through center of gray cardstock.
- Print out "What's Up?" phrase on white cardstock, trim and ink. Adhere "Up?" to layout with regular adhesive and adhere "What's" to card using foam tape to create dimension.
- Curl thin wire around wood dowel or small pencil and adhere to top of antenna's. Cover ends with orange ovals.
