DIY Halloween Luminaries
"Last year, I made DIY flameless fire pit for Halloween. Since then I had a set of six LED candles lying around. So, I thought I should come up with some sort of DIY to use them again this year. Finally, I ended up making DIY Halloween Luminaries. These are easy to make and you don't have to worry about the fire at all ;). My LED candles were about 1" in height so I made these templates in such a way it sits just a few inches(approx .25") below the rim of the LED candle. If you want the template to cover the whole candle just add that height to the template and also make sure you start cutting the faces above that height to avoid the shadow of the candle. Hope you like this simple and bright idea of using LED candles as Halloween luminaries. These are perfect for small spaces to add some spookiness to the decor. Share what you think in the comments below. As always I will happy to hear from you."

This simple craft makes a really cute decoration. I like that it uses led lights. They are not only safer, they last longer too. I had to google vellum because I didnt know what it was. I am not sure I can get it where I live. Is there another paper I could use for this that would work just as well? Maybe parchment instead of vellum?
