I have seen and purchased these exact eyeballs at my Dollar Tree for Halloween parties for the kids. I bought a few packs of them for party favors. They are a blast to bounce on the table as they are like ping pong balls. This is a great use for those eyeballs. I like the red tulle! Maybe even use a red AND black in stripes all the way around.
