Recipe Box
This recipe box is great for your kitchen. All your recipes are thrown around and you just can't find them. Organize those recipes with this easy to create box. You need few materials and you'll be so glad you made it.
Materials:
- Americana Gloss Enamels
- DAG01 - White
- DAG65 - Dark Chocolate
- DAG67 - Black
- DAG234 - Calypso Blue
- DAG265 - Tuscan Red
- Unfinished wood pieces: four 3/4" ball knobs; one 1 1/4" ball knob
- Unfinished recipe box, Don Mechanic #397769
- 3/4" flat brush
- #8 shader brush
- #3 round brush
- Foam plate
- 1 1/4" and 3/4" round foam pouncer brushes
- Elmer's Craft Bond Glue
Instructions:
Preparation: Remove all labels and wipe surface before painting.
- Use flat brush and Calypso Blue to paint outside of box and edges; let dry.
- Use shader brush and Dark Chocolate to paint ball knobs; use flat brush to paint inside of box. Let dry.
- Use large pouncer dipped in Dark Chocolate to dot and let dry.
- Use 3/4" pouncer dipped in Tuscan Red to dot at center of Dark Chocolate dots. Let dry.
- Use end of paintbrush dipped in White to dot around edge of Dark Chocolate; let dry.
- Use round brush and Black to paint word "recipes" on front of lid. Let dry.
- Refer to photo for placement. Glue four small ball knobs for feet to box; glue large knob to center of box lid. Let glue dry.
