A Time of Rain
"A Time of Rain is a rectangular lace shawl which is an easy, relaxing knit - small stitch multiples, no shaping, and no patterning on WS rows all add to speed of knitting! This makes the pattern suitable for both beginner and experienced lace knitters. The design can be sized down to a scarf (instruction provided). The shawl has 3 sections - the first two sections bring to mind twin streams of droplets falling from the tips of leaves. In the third section, the droplets join to form larger and rounder drops which fall to the ground."

Just wondering why such a complex advanced pattern is classified as "easy" on this website? 6 charts and 9 sets of instructions are not an easy pattern.

Hi Lisa! Thank you so much for asking. This project was submitted to us by the blogger and it looks like they selected Easy as the difficulty level. I agree---this seems more challenging! I will update it on our end to intermediate. Have a great day!
