Tips for Knitting with Ribbon

Get some great tips on how to knit using ribbon instead of yarn!

Though knitting with ribbon is much like knitting with yarn, keep the ribbon flat at all times.  If it becomes wound tightly, like yarn, it must be unwound by hand.  Also, ribbon tends to refuse to stay in a neatly wound ball.  One way to prevent it from becoming a knotted mess is to cut the top off an old knee high and keep your ribbon inside to keep it nice and neat.
