Easy Halloween Craft - Pet Masquerade Party
"My kids and I started this craft years ago and have added to our menagerie each year. A black and white photo of your pet and a little color scrap paper is all you need to dress them up for a Pet Halloween Masquerade Party. Let their personalities come through with their outfits. Each year when we unpack our Halloween decorations, we all reminisce about the making of these pictures and giggle over the personalities reflected. This is a fun craft for children and adults."
