Butterfly Themed Baby Shower

This Butterfly Themed Baby Shower is great for showers that are taking place in the spring or summer. With the help of a few nesting dies and some cute embellishments, you can create your own favor boxes, cupcake toppers, and more. Although these decorations are geared more towards a female baby shower, you can easily create similar favors for a baby boy as well.

Instructions:

The Bakery Box is one of my favorite dies! Its great for every party theme or holiday imaginable. Using paper and stickers from the Echo Park Sweet Girl collection I created this party favor gift box. The butterfly was made with the Nesting Butterflies die and pearl embellishments. These boxes are great for filling with treats or small toys based on your party's theme.
Cupcakes always make an appearance in our parties and dressing them up with cupcake toppers is always fun. For this cupcake I used the Petite Printing Plates to create a letterpressed tag cut with the Tape It Kit. I glued the tag onto a lollipop stick and added a small butterfly on top.
A butterfly pennant banner is great for small cakes and even cupcakes. To make the banner I used the Pennant Punches to cut out the banner flags then added small butterflies on top and glued the banner to long lollipop sticks with bakers twine.
